As you can see, this Book is in used condition and does have flaws. The spine is fairly loose but it is still intact and all the pages are still tightly bound. There's some tears on the edges of some pages (this is mainly in the very front few pages and a couple in the back. I tried to picture it all the best I could). There's a small amount of foxing on some pages but for the most part, the pages without tear damage are very clean. The cover does have some shelf wear and a small raised ding on the front, but it has no tears damage or crumbling. On the very first page, there's a signature, though I have no idea of it's significance. Please view all the pictures and feel fre
