Design Innov8 Limited is an industrial design & mechanical engineering consultancy that specialises in the design and development of products. This website has been created to give Users (any third party that accesses the website) information about Design Innov8 Limited and its services.
Site Content & intellectual property
All the content (text, graphics, images, video, audio, data and any other information that can be stored on a computer that appears on or forms part of this website) is the property of Design Innov8 Limited. Any use of the content elsewhere by downloading it, copying it, distributing it or manipulating the data/material by any other means is prohibited without the express written permission of Design Innov8 Limited.
Client Area
Design Innov8 Limited may offer clients (anyone who uses our services on a commercial basis and with whom we have a commercial agreement with) access to our 'client area' where files can be exchanged between Design Innov8 Limited and a designated person(s) operating for the client. The use of the client area is limited only to the exchange of files between Design Innov8 Limited and the client and must not be used to exchange files between the client and a third party.
Design Innov8 Limited cannot guarantee that the client area will be secure, without interruption or error free. The client area is a complimentary service that may be restricted or removed at any time and contents may be deleted without notice. Design Innov8 Limited will assign any usernames and passwords to access the client area. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their usernames and passwords and all uses of their account - whether or not they have authorised such use.
